Yesterday, the Department of Health and Human Services announced massive job cuts (Reductions in Force - RIF), impacting critical programs that address domestic violence and sexual assault.

We must take action NOW! These cuts will have a devastating impact on survivors and programs nationwide. Contact your members of Congress today to demand their support for lifesaving federal funding.

These programs rely heavily on essential federal resources, including the Violence Against Women Act, the Family Violence Prevention and Services Act, the Victims of Crime Act, and U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development funds. Federal resources provide critical support for survivors by funding shelters, legal advocacy, economic assistance, housing, counseling, and prevention services. They are essential to ensuring that survivors have a pathway to safety, recovery, and stability.
